When you are washing body pillow in machine, you should make sure that the water temperature has been set correctly. You can use either cold or warm water but not with hot water. The use of hot water can ruin your pillow or making it as if lumpy.
Step 2. Wash The Pillow Alone:
While washing your body pillow you should not mix it with other laundry or other type of pillow. As it is a large body it needs more space for washing.
Step 3. Apply a Mild Detergent:
Please avoid any detergent which contains bleach or chlorine. Instead use a single detergent that is gentle and mild. Better use warm water instead of cold water.
Step 4. Use Tumble Dry:
Should not dry pillow in a high heat. Instead, use lower temperature setting or just use tumble dry. Always keep inner stuffing fluffy, it is better to put 2/3 tennis ball in the dryer. As they roll around, they can pound against of the material & help to maintain its shape.
Step 5. Pluff the Body Pillow:

Spot Cleaning of Your Pillow:
When you need to remove a single spot from pillow you need not use a machine rather you can clean it by hand manually. Use a damp rag with a mild detergent and rub it until the spot or stain goes away. Then let the pillow dry out.
Depending on the pillow material you may find soap spots after it is dried. Use a clean dump cloth to pat spot thoroughly. Try again and again to disappear it completely.
